Development of asymmetric cold rolling technology of high-strength steel grades in order to exclude intermediate annealing operations

چکیده

Abstract. The technological process of manufacturing cold-rolled strip with a thickness 0.5-1.5 mm from high-strength steel grades on cold rolling mills can consist 2 or even 3 operating cycles "cold - intermediate annealing". This is due to significant hardening such steels during and, as result, limitations the maximum allowable forces. Each additional cycle annealing" significantly increases production costs and reduces productivity process. One promising ways reduce force asymmetric rolling. Rolling at different circumferential speeds work rolls driven by two independent motors most suitable way implement technology in industry. paper presents data operation main electric drives five-stand industrial mill symmetric Speed ratio was varied range 1.0 1.5. Electrical power parameters were calculated, measured compared. Based numerical simulation, laboratory industry experiments it shown that makes possible forces, increase reduction per pass obtain thinner without use annealing.
